Lou Fouts has just finalized my case and I couldn't be happier. From beginning to end Mr. Fouts exuded confidence and boldness in dealing with the insurance companies. In the beginning he collects information from you in order to build the case. He is specific about what he needs and once you provide him with what he needs he takes over. He makes you feel completely comfortable that everything possible is being done for you and your case. He is quick to respond via phone and/or email. I'm sure he is a very busy attorney, but he makes you feel like your case is a priority. Mr. Fouts negotiated a settlement for my car and injuries that exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend this attorney.

I hired Mr Fouts for a personal injury case from 2014. He is an expert in handling insurance companies. He got my case settled not only very speedily but for more than I was expecting. There were some issues from other parties attempting to claim part of my settlement that could have made things drag out and get complicated and he backed them down easily. The insurance company attempted to get cute and pull some nonsense and he not only handled that but made them pay for doing so.
If you need a good lawyer on your side ,and believe me if your dealing with insurance companies then you do, then you can do no better than Lou. He is the best!!
